On the first floor there are two air conditioned rooms. Room on the east side has 13.5m², and room on the west side 15.5m². Each room has 2 beds + 1 extra spare bed, and separate refrigerator. Both rooms can use shared kitchen for breakfast. Terraces of both rooms are covered with retraceble sunshade. Terrace size is 30m².
For the two rooms there is separate outer shower on the ground floor.
